How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days
  • Germany & Austria: 2-3 business days

  • USA: 6-9 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive the tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way.

We offer a 30-day return policy: satisfied or refunded.

How can I return or exchange an item?

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund for the order amount.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
 
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made in most cases within 12 hours of ordering. After 12 hours, the order is already in transit. You will need to wait until the package arrives and then return it to us.
 
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How do I know which hat size I need?

To figure out your size, measure around your head. Grab a measuring tape for this. Begin at the back of your head, loop it around to the front, right above your eyebrows. Make sure it's snug but not squeezing too hard. If you like your hat a tad looser, add about 1 cm to the measurement.
No measuring tape? No problem. Grab a piece of string instead. Wrap it around your head, then measure its length with a ruler. Round up to the nearest whole number for both ways.
