What are the shipping costs?
We ship all packages with PostNL. The shipping cost for deliveries within the Netherlands is €6.95. Your hat will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. When we hand over a package to PostNL, delivery typically takes 1 business day.
My package is missing, what should I do?
If your package is missing, please get in touch with our carrier, PostNL. We keep a proof of dispatch for all shipments. Once the package is with the carrier, they are responsible for its delivery.
